About the Role We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead and grow our Sales Team in the Philippines. As Sales Manager, you will drive revenue growth while building a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and career development.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Strategy
• Lead the Sales Team in achieving and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
• Personally generate new business opportunities, close deals, and model best practices for the team.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance on sales techniques, product knowledge, and client engagement.
• Partner with Marketing and Operations to align campaigns and ensure a smooth sales-to-service transition.
People Management & Coaching
• Manage, coach, and inspire a team of Inside Sales Representatives.
• Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and coaching sessions to drive individual and team growth.
• Provide constructive feedback, resolve conflicts, and ensure a positive and motivated team culture.
Goal Setting & Development Planning
• Define clear sales goals, KPIs, and career development pathways for each team member.
• Build personalized development plans to help individuals progress toward higher roles and responsibilities.
• Track team progress and implement strategies to improve sales skills, productivity, and career growth.
Operational Excellence
• Oversee pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM accuracy.
• Monitor performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Optimize sales processes and workflows for efficiency and scalability.
Reporting & Analytics
• Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports to senior leadership.
• Analyze sales and productivity data to identify improvement areas.
• Use data insights to design training, coaching, and development initiatives.
Qualifications
• 3+ years of B2B sales experience, including outbound prospecting and negotiation.
• 2+ years of people-management or team leadership experience.
• Strong coaching, goal-setting, and performance management skills.
• Fluent in written and oral English; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Google Suite.
• Strategic thinker with a proven ability to drive both results and people development.
Preferred:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
• Experience scaling teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Growth mindset and commitment to continuous learning.
