The Role

We are seeking a seasoned Technology Leader to drive the end-to-end delivery of enterprise-scale AI initiatives. This is a pivotal role focused on bridging the gap between high-level innovation and robust, compliant execution. You will lead a team of high-performing specialists to build the next generation of AI products and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a direct team of ~5 technology professionals.
• AI Delivery & Architecture: Lead E2E initiatives across Product and Platform layers, ensuring architect-level rigor in every solution.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as a key technical partner for C-Suite executives, translating complex AI roadmaps into business value.
• Strategic Oversight: Provide critical insights for budget planning and resource allocation.
• Governance & Compliance: Establish frameworks for responsible AI, ensuring all deployments meet strict enterprise standards and regulatory requirements.

What You’ll Bring

• Expertise: Proven track record in Enterprise AI Delivery (Solution/AI Architect background).
• Tech Stack: Deep proficiency in Cloud AI environments, specifically Azure and Databricks.
• Compliance Mindset: Strong experience navigating AI Governance and Compliance frameworks.
• Executive Presence: Ability to influence and align with senior leadership.
• Industry Context: Previous experience in Banking or Financial Services is highly preferred.
