An experienced Senior Sales Manager is sought to drive business growth within the HR outsourcing and payroll services sector. The role focuses on expanding market presence across the Philippines and Southeast Asia by identifying new opportunities, developing strategic client relationships, and delivering consultative sales solutions. This position suits a results-driven sales leader with deep experience in HR services, payroll, or HR technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business development by identifying and securing clients for HR outsourcing, payroll, and HR technology services across the Philippines and Southeast Asia.
- Engage with decision-makers across multiple organizational levels to understand business challenges and position tailored service solutions.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and commercial strategies to win new business.
- Analyze client requirements and translate them into customized service offerings aligned with organizational capabilities.
- Monitor pipeline performance, prepare sales reports, and provide insights to senior leadership.
- Achieve individual and team revenue targets through proactive prospecting, consultative selling, and effective deal management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and successful service implementation.
- Strengthen client relationships to support long-term partnerships, including cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Track market trends, assess sales performance, and refine go-to-market strategies.
Qualifications & Capabilities:
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in HR services, payroll, or HRMS solutions.
- Proven track record in enterprise sales, client acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Strong consultative selling approach with the ability to engage stakeholders across different levels.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and proposal development skills.
- Experience using both digital and traditional sales channels for lead generation and client engagement.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales performance metrics and market insights.
- Highly self-driven, entrepreneurial, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Willingness to travel and maintain flexible work hours when required.
