Delivery Service Representative

Reports to the Logistics Site Coordinator

Location: Taguig City

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver products safely and on time. Ensure correct loading based on the manifest, drive safely to all destinations, and complete deliveries as scheduled.
• Handle delivery processes properly. Facilitate unloading, collect required returns (e.g., Bad Orders), load empties when applicable, and secure all delivery documents.
• Follow company procedures and policies. Comply with governing guidelines and other delivery standards.
• Maintain professional customer interaction. Communicate respectfully with stores and customer personnel.
• Report issues promptly. Inform the Coordinator immediately about delays, route concerns, accidents, vehicle issues, or anything affecting delivery completion.

Key Qualifications:

• At least High School Graduate

• with TESDA NCIII in Driving - Passenger Bus / Straight Truck

• With at least 1-3 years of experience in driving 10-W Truck

• With an active Professional Driver’s License (Restriction Codes 1, 2, 3)
