Visa Compliance Supervisor | Travel & Tours

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Visa Compliance Supervisor to oversee daily visa compliance operations and ensure accurate, efficient, and compliant processing of visa applications.

This role is ideal for candidates with strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of embassy and immigration requirements, and experience managing visa processing teams within the travel and tours industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day visa compliance and processing operations
• Review visa applications and supporting documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
• Ensure adherence to embassy, consular, and immigration requirements
• Monitor processing timelines and maintain high standards of service quality
• Handle escalations, complex visa cases, and compliance-related concerns
• Train, mentor, and support visa processing staff
• Conduct quality checks and compliance reviews to minimize errors and risks
• Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and external travel partners
• Monitor team productivity and recommend process improvements
• Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in visa processing, visa compliance, or the travel industry
• At least 1–2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of visa procedures, embassy requirements, and documentation standards
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
