Role Overview
A global organization is seeking a Business Analyst with experience in financial systems and data analysis to support the enhancement and transition of internal credit-related platforms. This role focuses on gathering and translating business requirements, driving system improvements, and supporting application transition initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Requirements Management

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from key stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for technical teams.
  • Facilitate collaboration between business units and IT to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.


System Analysis & Transition Support

  • Lead analysis activities related to system transition and decommissioning initiatives.
  • Identify gaps in data structures, fields, and system functionalities, and recommend improvements.
  • Develop transition plans to migrate from legacy tools to enterprise platforms while minimizing operational disruption.


Solution Delivery & Implementation

  • Support implementation activities, including testing, deployment, and post-release validation.
  • Assist in quality assurance processes to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
  • Monitor system performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.


Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management

  • Work closely with stakeholders to prepare for system and process changes.
  • Provide advisory support and promote adoption of new tools and workflows.
  • Communicate project updates, risks, and progress to relevant stakeholders.


Reporting & Incident Management

  • Provide regular status reports on project progress and key deliverables.
  • Support incident management by analyzing issues, identifying root causes, and recommending preventive actions.


Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, preferably within financial services or credit-related environments.
  • Proven experience in data analysis and requirements documentation.


Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as:
  • Microsoft Power BI
  • Microsoft Power Apps
  • Microsoft Excel
  • SQL for data querying and analysis


  • Familiarity with IT frameworks such as Agile and ITIL
  • Experience with enterprise financial or credit management systems is an advantage
