About the Role
The Multi-Branch Operations Manager will take charge of sales performance, day-to-day operations, and customer satisfaction across all the company branches. This role calls for someone who can grow the business, keep operations running smoothly, protect the bottom line, and rally different teams together to hit company targets — all while helping steer the company through its next phase of growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Growth
Design and execute strategies that drive sales, profitability, and overall business growth
Identify and pursue new market opportunities, new customer segments, and avenues for scale
Partner with leadership on expansion planning, including new branch or market entry
Branch Operations Oversight
Monitor sales, operational performance, service quality, and profit margins across every branch
Optimize workflows, staffing, and resource allocation to run leaner, more efficient operations
Manage costs closely to protect the bottom line without compromising service standards
Ensure every branch consistently follows company policy, meets operational benchmarks, and delivers on customer experience commitments
Performance & Reporting
Track business performance across branches and translate data into actionable recommendations
Deliver regular performance updates and business reviews to executive leadership
Build reporting systems and dashboards that give visibility into branch-level and company-wide health
People & Culture
Lead, coach, and develop branch-level sales and operations teams
Build a pipeline of stronger performers through mentorship and hands-on management
Champion continuous improvement — encouraging new ideas and better ways of working across all locations
Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to keep everyone aligned on shared targets
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or something similar.
A master's degree is a plus, though not required.
At least 5 years running sales and operations at a managerial level — retail, motorcycle dealerships, automotive, food service, or other multi-branch businesses are all good fits.
Experience overseeing sizable teams spread across multiple locations.
A solid track record of growing revenue and making operations run better.
Natural leadership instincts and the ability to manage people well.
Sharp business sense, paired with a good handle on financial and operational matters.
Know-how in sales strategy, running branch operations, and tracking performance.
Strong analytical thinking and sound judgment under pressure.
Confident communicator who can negotiate and manage relationships with different stakeholders.
Hands-on experience improving customer experience and service standards.
Comfortable working in Excel and other reporting tools at an advanced level.
Ready and willing to travel often for site visits.
