Key Responsibilities

Instructional Design & Content Creation

  • Digital Content Authoring: Design, build, and publish interactive e-learning modules, digital user guides, video walkthroughs, and micro-learning assets from scratch using Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise) and modern media tools.
  • Curriculum Architecture: Develop scalable training programs tailored to diverse user groups, including HR service desk agents, line managers, and general employees.
  • Asset Maintenance: Continuously update learning materials to align with periodic Workday release cycles, ServiceNow system enhancements, and evolving HR business processes.

Training Needs Analysis & Program Design

  • TNA Execution: Conduct thorough Training Needs Analyses (TNA) across HR functions to identify capability gaps, platform friction points, and proficiency requirements.
  • Learning Strategy: Translate operational gaps into structured, measurable learning paths, curriculum maps, and blended enablement frameworks.
  • Impact Measurement: Establish assessment frameworks and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track user adoption, platform proficiency, and training program effectiveness.

Stakeholder Engagement & Process Enablement

  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner closely with HR Technology leads, Process Owners, and Operations Managers to translate technical platform updates into user-friendly learning content.
  • Change Management Support: Act as an enablement partner during system updates, module rollouts, and process changes to ensure seamless transition and operational readiness.
  • Communication & Facilitation: Articulate complex platform workflows clearly and deliver engaging virtual or classroom facilitation to global stakeholders.

Requirements

Experience & Background

  • Professional Tenure: Minimum of 3–5 years of total experience supporting HR technology platforms and training enablement (a hard minimum of 2 years dedicated specifically to ServiceNow and Workday is required).
  • Environment: Proven background operating within a high-volume Shared Services Center (SSC) or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment.
  • Instructional Mastery: Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end program design, TNA, and instructional development.

Technical & Tool Skills

  • HR Platforms: Hands-on functional knowledge of Workday (HCM modules) and ServiceNow (HR Service Delivery / HRSD).
  • Authoring Software: Advanced proficiency in Articulate 360 (Articulate Storyline and Rise) for authoring digital learning content.
  • Media Creation: Familiarity with video editing tools, screen recording software, and digital asset design suites.
