About the job Culture & Engagement Specialist - UK Account

We are seeking a highly engaging and people-focused UK Culture Coach to support workplace culture, employee engagement, and behavioral coaching initiatives within a dynamic BPO/customer experience environment. This role will work closely with Operations, HR, Training, and Leadership teams to help create an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing culture aligned with UK client expectations and service standards.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience in Employee Engagement, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, HR Business Partnering, Coaching, Culture Transformation, or related people-focused roles.

Key Responsibilities

Culture & Employee Engagement

  • Support and implement workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives
  • Help reinforce organizational values, behavioral standards, and positive work culture
  • Collaborate with leaders and support teams to improve employee experience and team engagement
  • Assist in planning and facilitating engagement activities, workshops, and culture programs

Coaching & Facilitation

  • Conduct coaching sessions focused on communication, workplace behavior, collaboration, and customer-centric culture
  • Facilitate workshops, learning sessions, and team discussions
  • Provide guidance to leaders and employees on cultural alignment and engagement best practices
  • Help teams adapt to client expectations and organizational changes

Organizational Development & Collaboration

  • Partner with HR, Operations, and Training teams on organizational development initiatives
  • Support change management and culture transformation projects
  • Monitor employee feedback and engagement trends and recommend actionable improvements
  • Promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and cultural awareness initiatives across teams

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, Communication, Business, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in:
    • Employee Engagement
    • Organizational Development
    • HR Business Partnering
    • Learning & Development
    • Coaching or Culture-related roles
  • Experience in BPO, shared services, customer experience, or contact center industry preferred
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
  • Experience handling culture-building or employee engagement programs
  • Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) certification or cultural competency training is an advantage
