The Sales Support Analyst provides operational and administrative support to the sales organization, ensuring efficient coordination of proposals, documentation, and sales processes.
Key Responsibilities

Assist sales teams in preparing proposals, presentations, and client documentation.

Maintain and update sales pipeline data in CRM systems.

Coordinate with internal departments to gather required information for proposals.

Ensure timely processing of sales documentation and approvals.

Track sales performance metrics and prepare reports.

Support onboarding of new deals and transition to delivery teams.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

2–3 years of experience in sales operations or administrative support.
