Integration Architect

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Integration Architect to lead the design and governance of enterprise integration solutions within a large-scale supply chain environment. This role is responsible for defining the integration strategy, establishing architecture standards, and ensuring seamless connectivity across core business systems.

The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise in integration architecture, cloud-native patterns, and event-driven design, combined with the leadership skills required to guide cross-functional teams and align technology initiatives with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage the enterprise integration architecture roadmap for supply chain systems.
• Establish and enforce integration standards, governance models, and best practices across platforms and vendors.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT leadership to align integration strategies with overall organizational goals.
• Oversee the design and delivery of integration solutions across multiple systems and technology environments.
• Ensure integration designs meet security, scalability, and compliance requirements.
• Lead architecture reviews, conduct solution assessments, and evaluate technology vendors.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to solution architects and integration teams.
• Monitor emerging technologies and recommend strategic adoption to enhance integration capabilities.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Experience

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in integration architecture or closely related roles.
• Demonstrated experience designing enterprise-wide integration frameworks within complex supply chain environments.
• Proven expertise in system integration architecture and end-to-end solution design.
• Strong experience defining and governing integration standards across supply chain platforms.
• Experience working with Manhattan WMS.
• Deep understanding of ERP, WMS, TMS, and OMS platforms and their integration requirements.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native integration patterns and event-driven architectures.
• Proficiency in data standards and messaging protocols.
