Position Overview:
The Digital & Social Media Strategy Lead manages enterprise-level social engagement, reputation management, and digital brand growth initiatives. This role combines advanced analytics, paid media expertise, and content leadership to strengthen audience engagement, enhance visibility, and align social strategies with broader organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct enterprise social listening programs, delivering actionable trend insights to inform reputation management and strategic engagement.
- Architect and execute integrated, multi-platform content strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
- Lead paid social campaigns, including media planning, optimization, budget oversight, and performance reporting.
- Leverage advanced analytics and KPI tracking to drive data-informed decisions and maximize ROI.
- Integrate social SEO best practices (keyword mapping, semantic hashtags, optimized captions, alt text) and implement cross-linking strategies to improve discoverability and domain authority.
- Optimize the use of enterprise tools (e.g., Sprout, Press Ganey, Workfront, analytics dashboards) to ensure governance, compliance, workflow accuracy, and reporting integrity.
- Partner with senior marketing leaders and cross-functional teams to align social initiatives with enterprise campaigns.
- Apply audience segmentation and behavioral insights to refine targeting and engagement strategies.
- Mentor junior team members and champion innovation through emerging technologies and digital trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, or Creative Services.
- Experience in the healthcare sector is preferred.
Core Competencies:
- Strong written and verbal communication with persuasive storytelling ability.
- Deep understanding of platform-specific best practices and paid media strategy.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics or social insights dashboards, Sprout (or equivalent), Press Ganey (or other reputation tools), Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
- Working knowledge of graphic design and video editing principles is preferred.
- Highly organized, adaptable, collaborative, and detail-oriented with strong stakeholder management skills.
