SAP BTP Integration Suite Lead (End-to-End POS Integration)

Overview

Our client, a leading organization in the consumer goods sector, is seeking an experienced SAP BTP Integration Suite Lead to drive overall integration initiatives, with a strong focus on POS integrations. This role will play a critical part in delivering end-to-end SAP Public Cloud implementations using SAP’s prescribed methodologies and best practices.

The successful candidate will lead integration workstreams, facilitate solution design discussions, and ensure high-quality delivery aligned with project governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead integration activities in alignment with the established project management and implementation methodology.
• Deliver all required outputs defined in the project charter and statement of work.
• Participate in required project meetings, workshops, and working sessions (virtual or in-person).
• Facilitate and lead Fit-to-Standard workshops during the Explore phase of implementation.
• Present and articulate proposed solutions, providing clear justifications based on technical and functional expertise.
• Ensure adherence to prescribed documentation standards and templates.
• Configure, test, document, and validate integration solutions prior to deployment.
• Provide expert recommendations and guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience working with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
• Proven experience using SAP Cloud ALM is required.
• Solid experience delivering SAP GROW implementations using SAP Activate methodology for Public Cloud.
• Demonstrated experience implementing full end-to-end GROW with SAP projects.
• Prior SAP implementation experience within a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) organization is mandatory.
• Experience developing and preparing SAP WRICEF objects, particularly interface components.
• Capability to set up, activate, and manage Fiori applications within relevant functional areas.
• SAP GROW certification in a relevant functional domain is an advantage.

Reports to the designated Project or Program Lead within the organization.
