Position: HR Manager
Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa
Working Hours: 7:20 AM – 4:20 PM, Monday to Friday

We are hiring an HR Manager to lead the overall HR function and support organizational growth through effective workforce planning and employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate has solid HR management experience, preferably in an academic setting, with strong knowledge of labor regulations and the ability to drive strategic HR initiatives aligned with company goals.

Responsibilities:

• Manage labor relations and employee relations, including union-related concerns.
• Ensure compliance with government-mandated benefits and HR policies.
• Oversee payroll, talent management, and HR administration.
• Draft and implement policies, processes, and procedures.
• Lead HR planning and strategic initiatives for the organization.

Qualifications:

• Experience in academe or school HR preferred; corporate HR experience acceptable.
• Knowledgeable in labor laws, payroll, and benefits administration.
• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
