Our client, a premier global professional services firm, is seeking Workday Analyst for its global operations based in Manila. This center is a strategic hub that centralizes administrative, financial, and operational services to drive global growth and maintain high standards of service delivery.
As a key member of the Global HRIS team, you will focus on the development, configuration, and maintenance of Time and Absence Management systems. This role combines vendor management, process excellence, and system expertise to deliver an exceptional end-user experience for a global workforce.
Key Responsibilities
System Expertise & Configuration
Subject Matter Expert: Serve as the technical lead for system interfaces, configuration, and long-term maintenance of time management platforms.
Operational Support: Manage Absence and Time processes across global locations, including process mapping, workflow definition, and super-user training.
System Integrity: Oversee recurrent data quality checks, interface processing, and time-tracking resolution at payroll period-ends.
Issue Resolution: Act as the primary escalation point for system break-fixes and enhancements, collaborating with IT and external providers for expedited resolution.
Process Optimization & Innovation
Continuous Improvement: Partner with HR Operations teams to identify and recommend process standards and improvements to enhance the client experience.
Roadmap Management: Collaborate with external vendors to maintain and communicate the system improvement roadmap.
Functional Research: Explore and test new functionalities to support a high-performance organizational culture.
Project Leadership & Lifecycle Management
Discovery & Design: Lead the discovery phases of new projects, documenting business requirements and "As-Is/To-Be" process states.
Upgrade Management: Facilitate the planning, analysis, testing, and training required for major system upgrades and enhancements.
Deployment Support: Provide dedicated project support for new system rollouts, ensuring all enhancements align with broader business objectives.
Requirements
Experience & Expertise
Technical Tenure: Proven experience in HRIS Data Management with a focus on Time and Absence Management systems.
Project Management: Demonstrated capability in project planning, discovery, and delivering measurable results under tight schedules.
Process Excellence: Strong skills in process mapping, requirement documentation, and workflow optimization.
