About the job Healthcare Facilities Construction / Design Manager
You will lead the planning, design, construction, and technical delivery of new expansion clinics, relocations, renovations, and other improvement projects. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
You will manage the end-to-end technical execution of clinic development projects—from technical due diligence and design through construction, fit-out, turnover, and operational readiness. Work closely with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, landlords, and suppliers to deliver high-quality clinics that support business and operational objectives.

- Regulatory & Technical Compliance (e.g., Permit to Construct [PTC] and License to Operate [LTO]) and LGU permits and approvals.
- Project Turnover & Continuous Improvement
Key Qualifications:
- Licensed Architect or Engineer required.
- Holds a bachelor’s degree in architecture or engineering
- Minimum of 8-10 years' progressive experience in the design and construction of medical facilities, healthcare, commercial, or retail projects.
- Familiar with the process of securing DOH requirements (e.g., Permit to Construct (PTC) and License to Operate (LTO)) and Local Government Unit (LGU) permits and approvals.
- Experience in contractor procurement, project management, cost estimation, budgeting, and quality assurance.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Microsoft Office, and other design software (Revit/BIM is an advantage).
- Knowledge of healthcare facility planning design and construction management.
- Knowledge of the Philippine Building Code, Fire Code, Accessibility Law, and healthcare facility standards.
- Experience in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and contractor management.
- Ability to read, review, and interpret architectural, engineering, MEPF, as-built drawings, technical specifications, and other design and construction-related documents.
- Strong coordination, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Process-oriented with a focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
