Job Summary
The IT Head is responsible for leading the organization’s overall information technology strategy, infrastructure, and operations. This role ensures the stability, security, and efficiency of IT systems while driving digital transformation and innovation initiatives. The position oversees IT teams, manages technology projects, and ensures alignment of IT solutions with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

IT Strategy & Infrastructure Management

• Develop and implement the organization’s IT strategy and roadmap.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, systems, networks, and applications.
• Ensure system stability, scalability, and performance.

Cybersecurity & Risk Management

• Implement IT security policies and cybersecurity frameworks.
• Ensure data protection and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Manage IT risks and disaster recovery planning.

Systems & Project Management

• Lead implementation of IT systems, upgrades, and digital initiatives.
• Manage IT projects from planning to execution and delivery.
• Collaborate with vendors and technology partners.

Leadership & Support

• Lead and develop the IT team across support, infrastructure, and systems.
• Provide technical direction and support to business units.
• Ensure timely resolution of IT issues and service requests.

Ideal Background / Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong experience in IT leadership roles (IT Manager, Head, Director level).
• Expertise in infrastructure, systems management, and cybersecurity.
• Experience in digital transformation and enterprise systems is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
