Job Summary
The Management Accounting Manager is responsible for leading financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting functions to support business performance, profitability, and strategic growth. This role works closely with Operations and other business units to provide financial insights, evaluate investments, and strengthen decision-making through data-driven analysis and reporting improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Reporting

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting activities.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Monitor financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.

Business Performance & Financial Analysis

• Analyze business results, operational performance, and profitability metrics.
• Provide financial insights to improve efficiency, cost management, and revenue performance.
• Support management in identifying risks and growth opportunities.

Investment & Expansion Support

• Assist in evaluating new store openings, expansion projects, and business investments.
• Conduct financial feasibility studies and ROI analysis for strategic initiatives.
• Support long-term financial planning and business growth strategies.

Cross-Functional Business Partnership

• Collaborate closely with Operations and other departments to align financial goals with business objectives.
• Provide financial guidance and support for operational initiatives and projects.
• Strengthen communication and alignment between Finance and operational teams.

Process Improvement & Team Leadership

• Improve reporting systems, financial controls, and management accounting processes.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Management Accounting team.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

• At least 10+ years of experience in Management Accounting, FP&A, or related finance functions.
• Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and analysis.
• Background in restaurant, retail, or FMCG industries is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and business partnering skills.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
