Job Summary
The Regional HR Manager oversees human resources operations across multiple branches or locations in a region. This role drives HR strategy, ensures compliance, and supports workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead HR operations across multiple locations within the region.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and HR compliance.
- Supervise performance management, training, and development programs.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and regional regulations.
- Prepare HR reports and provide insights to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8–12 years of HR experience, with 3–5 years in a regional or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and multi-location HR management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
