Job Description

The Regional Leasing Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing leasing activities across multiple properties or malls within the assigned region. The role focuses on driving occupancy, maximizing leasing revenue, and maintaining strong relationships with tenants and partners while ensuring alignment with the company’s overall leasing strategy.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute regional leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
• Identify and secure new tenants while maintaining relationships with existing tenants.
• Lead lease negotiations, contract renewals, and commercial terms with prospective tenants.
• Analyze market trends, tenant mix, and competitor activity to identify leasing opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and mall management teams to support tenant performance.
• Monitor leasing performance, prepare reports, and recommend strategies for improvement.
• Ensure proper implementation of leasing policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Provide leadership and guidance to leasing teams across the assigned region.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or related field.
• At least 7–10 years of experience in leasing, real estate, or mall management, with 3–5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong experience in commercial leasing, tenant negotiations, and tenant mix planning.
• Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic leasing plans.
• Experience managing multiple properties or locations within a region is an advantage.
