Role Overview:

The Sourcing Specialist executes tactical and mid-level sourcing initiatives across Corporate, Business, and Technology categories. Focused on high-volume, low-to-moderate complexity engagements, the role ensures efficient delivery while maintaining governance, risk, and compliance standards. The position partners with internal stakeholders to drive sourcing, contract negotiation, and third-party risk alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage sourcing for lower-spend, high-volume categories (e.g., professional services, HR, marketing, finance, IT).

• Lead the full sourcing lifecycle: intake, competitive events, negotiation, and contract execution.

• Review and negotiate contracts in collaboration with Legal and business stakeholders.

• Coordinate third-party risk assessments, AML checks, and compliance approvals.

• Ensure adherence to governance checkpoints and regulatory requirements.

• Resolve procurement issues and supplier escalations efficiently.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal clients.

• Drive process improvement and adoption of standardized procurement workflows and systems.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in sourcing or procurement within a governance-driven environment.

• Experience managing sourcing events, negotiations, and contract execution.

• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

• Knowledge of vendor contracts and procurement platforms (e.g., SAP Ariba).

• Understanding of third-party risk in regulated industries preferred.

• Strong analytical and financial skills, including advanced Excel.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or within a team.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity with a results-driven mindset.
