Key Responsibilities

  • Creator Partnerships & Development
  • Identify and engage culturally relevant creators across lifestyle, comedy,
  • entertainment, and more, for our business needs and campaigns
  • Support or lead creator onboarding, career development plans, and growth consultations.
  • Build strong relationships with creators, understand their content, and help align them with brand opportunities.
  • Plan and execute creator engagement initiatives (e.g. workshops, gifting, networking events).
  • Campaign & Execution
  • Coordinate or oversee end-to-end creator campaign execution: from talent shortlist and briefing, to negotiation, content review, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Creative, Production) to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Performance & Insights
  • Track creator performance across platforms like IG, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Support or lead monthly reporting and campaign reviews to derive insights and refine future strategies.
  • Maintain accurate creator data and dashboards


Key Qualifications:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, social media, or talent management.
  • Strong project coordination and communication skills.
  • Comfortable with digital tools like Google Workspace, Monday.com, Slack, and Excel.
  • Proactive, organised, and eager to learn about the creator space.
  • Has agency experience
  • Platform experience (Tiktok)
  • Familiar with FMCG (Beauty&Wellness) Industry
