Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate strategic briefs into cohesive video concepts, storyboards, and final productions aligned with brand and business objectives.
  • Lead end-to-end post-production, including editing, audio integration, motion graphics, visual effects, and final mastering.
  • Ensure narrative clarity, visual consistency, and adherence to brand standards across all deliverables.
  • Collaborate with directors, producers, and cross-functional teams to manage timelines, feedback cycles, and production priorities.
  • Monitor workflow systems, track deliverables, and analyze turnaround times to optimize resource allocation.
  • Leverage audience insights and engagement data to refine creative strategy and enhance content effectiveness.
  • Contribute innovative ideas that strengthen digital presence and audience impact.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional video post-production experience (5+ years preferred).
