Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop persuasive, audience-centered content in American English across digital and traditional channels, including web, email, social, video, and print.
  • Ensure all communications align with healthcare marketing regulations and compliance standards.
  • Craft messaging strategies that strengthen engagement with the U.S.-based audiences and support organizational objectives.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to gather insights and translate complex information into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Produce content for both internal and external communications while maintaining a consistent brand voice and editorial integrity.
  • Apply brand standards to ensure cohesion in tone, storytelling, and positioning across all platforms.
  • Create campaign and awareness materials designed to drive engagement, inspire action, and advance strategic initiatives.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Approximately 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or creative services environments preferred.
  • Prior exposure to healthcare or regulated industries is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated expertise in U.S. copywriting conventions, grammar, tone, and cultural nuance.
  • Strong editorial judgment with the ability to tailor messaging for varied audiences while protecting brand consistency.
  • Creative, trend-aware thinker with the ability to identify content opportunities aligned to business goals.
  • Highly organized and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in deadline-driven settings.
  • Working knowledge of SEO principles, content management systems, and major digital platforms (e.g., Meta, Google tools).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with creative, analytics, and workflow platforms.
