Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, maintain, and optimize SQL Server databases supporting revenue analytics and reporting.
  • Develop automated ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure data accuracy, efficiency, and timely refreshes.
  • Build and manage Power BI dashboards and analytics applications for monitoring revenue performance.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures; leverage Python or R for automation and analytics tasks.
  • Support integrations between financial systems, operational platforms, and data warehouses.
  • Collaborate with IT and data teams on cloud migration and analytics platform initiatives.
  • Monitor data pipelines for integrity, efficiency, and opportunities to automate or enhance processes.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, technical solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with data security, governance, and organizational policies.
  • Continuously evaluate and implement improvements to analytics tools and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field required.
  • Master’s degree in Data Science, IT, or a related discipline preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in database management, analytics development, or data-focused roles.
  • Proficiency with SQL Server, automation scripting, and Power BI required.
  • Experience working with healthcare financial or revenue data required.
  • Exposure to cloud analytics platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) preferred.
  • Programming experience in Python, R, or similar languages preferred.
  • Knowledge of data science, predictive analytics, or machine learning concepts is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Effective communication, collaboration, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
