About the job Marketing Analytics Specialist
Core Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain dynamic dashboards and recurring performance reports to track KPIs, trends, and variances.
- Interpret multi-channel campaign data to deliver clear, actionable recommendations that improve ROI and audience engagement.
- Oversee data governance practices to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability across analytics and tracking platforms.
- Manage end-to-end reporting workflows, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of insights to stakeholders.
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, IT, and Business Intelligence teams to define measurement frameworks and reporting requirements.
- Streamline and standardize analytics methodologies to improve scalability and operational efficiency.
- Monitor emerging tools, technologies, and industry best practices to continuously enhance analytics capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Minimum of three years of experience in marketing analytics, digital performance reporting, or related functions.
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex datasets into meaningful business recommendations.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
- Advanced proficiency in analytics and reporting platforms, including Tableau, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Moz, Google Search Console, TradeDesk, Teads, and Airtable.
- Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and external partners.
