Job Description

The Mall Manager will oversee all aspects of mall operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day management, tenant satisfaction, and profitability. This role is responsible for executing strategies that drive sales, increase foot traffic, and maintain high operational and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily mall operations, including facilities, security, housekeeping, and customer service.
• Develop and implement strategies to boost mall performance, foot traffic, and tenant sales.
• Maintain strong relationships with tenants, address concerns, and ensure compliance with lease agreements and mall policies.
• Manage financial performance, budget planning, and expense control to meet revenue targets.
• Collaborate with marketing, leasing, and operations teams to execute events and promotional initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and government requirements.
• Lead and guide mall operations teams to deliver efficient and effective service.
• Prepare reports on operational performance and provide insights to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, Property Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in mall or retail management, with 3–5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of mall operations, tenant management, and facilities management.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, financial performance, and operational planning.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to manage multiple operational areas in a fast-paced retail environment.
