About the job General Manager – Process Excellence / Transformation
The General Manager – Process Excellence will lead large-scale transformation initiatives focused on improving operational efficiency, customer experience, and overall business performance. This role is responsible for driving strategic process re-engineering, automation opportunities, and analytics-led improvements across operations while aligning with business objectives.
The role requires strong leadership in Lean Six Sigma, automation initiatives, and process reimagination, with the ability to translate business challenges into high-impact operational solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead large-scale change and transformation initiatives across operations
• Identify and implement process improvement strategies that drive efficiency, cost optimization, and enhanced customer experience
• Propose value-added solutions using Process Reimagine frameworks aligned with business objectives
• Lead automation and analytics initiatives to improve operational performance
• Manage end-to-end execution of high-impact automation or analytics programs
• Develop strategic recommendations based on operational insights and data analysis
• Partner with internal stakeholders and leadership teams to align transformation initiatives with business priorities
• Ensure successful delivery of large-scale transformation projects across multiple business units
• Continuously evaluate operational performance and recommend improvements in processes, systems, and policies
• Leverage collaboration across business functions to maximize operational synergy
Qualifications
• Minimum 17 years of professional experience
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in process excellence, transformation, or operational improvement
• Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt Certification required
• Strong experience in automation, analytics, and large-scale transformation programs
• Proven track record of managing multiple high-impact automation or analytics initiatives end-to-end
• Experience working with Insurance campaigns or insurance industry operations
