Role Overview
The Senior Client Services Officer supports institutional banking clients by delivering high-quality service and resolving client inquiries efficiently. The role focuses on providing timely responses, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
The successful candidate will have experience in client servicing within financial services or banking, along with strong communication skills in Mandarin and English.
Key Responsibilities
Client Service & Support
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Handle inbound and outbound client interactions to support service delivery and engagement.
- Build strong client relationships through a proactive, customer-focused approach.
- Educate clients on transaction banking products and services.
Operations & Process Management
- Ensure accurate execution of client requests and verification processes.

Maintain proper documentation and records of client interactions.

Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
Risk & Compliance

Ensure adherence to company policies, service standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and spoken).

Knowledge of transaction banking products such as Cash Management or Trade Finance is preferred.
