Responsibilities:
- Provide front-facing support for routine HR inquiries.
- Manage and monitor transactional HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, and absence management.
- Mentor junior associates to enhance service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery across HR operations.
- Analyze requests and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Uphold the firm’s standards in client interactions and HR compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience.
- Strong proficiency in both oral and written English.
- Background in HR or a related discipline.
- Technical knowledge, including experience with HRIS.
- Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
- Ability to adapt to changing demands and work under pressure.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities effectively.
- Strong communication and group facilitation skills.
