  • Ensure high-quality service delivery across HR operations.
  • Analyze requests and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Uphold the firm’s standards in client interactions and HR compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong proficiency in both oral and written English.
  • Background in HR or a related discipline.
  • Technical knowledge, including experience with HRIS.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Ability to adapt to changing demands and work under pressure.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities effectively.
