Job Title: HRBP / HR Generalist

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HRBP / HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations and partner with department leaders in driving employee engagement, talent development, and organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate is experienced in both strategic HR and hands-on HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with department heads on workforce planning and employee relations
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Handle employee concerns, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
  • Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
  • Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Coordinate training and development programs
  • Assist in payroll coordination, benefits administration, and timekeeping concerns
  • Prepare HR reports and documentation as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 3 years of HR generalist or HRBP experience
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS tools

  • Experience supporting multiple business units
  • Background in employee engagement and performance management
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
