Our client, a leading global professional services firm, is seeking a Workday HCM Reporting Analyst to join its operations in Manila. This center is a critical hub designed to enhance operational efficiency and streamline business services across a high-performing global network.

In this role, you will act as a Trusted Reporting Advisor, bridging the gap between technical Workday capabilities and the strategic needs of the People (HR) Function. This is an ideal opportunity for an HR Data professional who excels at translating complex business requirements into actionable, accurate, and insightful reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Report Development & Management

  • Advanced Report Building: Design, build, and maintain custom reports and dashboards utilizing the full suite of Workday tools, including Report Writer, Calculated Fields, EIB, and Composite/Advanced Reports.
  • Functional Alignment: Support core HCM modules (Absence, Time Tracking, Talent, Compensation, and Recruiting) by creating data extracts and functional reports that meet regional and global requirements.
  • Data Visualization: Develop intuitive executive dashboards that support real-time decision-making and highlight key workforce trends.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Advisory

  • Strategic Consulting: Partner with People Advisory teams and business stakeholders to define reporting roadmaps and identify critical data needs.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Serve as the subject matter expert on Workday reporting, providing guidance to stakeholders on how to best leverage data for tactical and strategic goals.

System Integrity & Optimization

  • Data Governance: Maintain the highest standards of data integrity and accuracy across all reporting outputs, ensuring compliance with global data privacy regulations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to optimize Workday reporting processes and enhance the usability of self-service tools for the broader business.
  • Troubleshooting: Provide operational support for reporting-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to global HR services.

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in HR Data Analysis or HRIS, with a proven track record in a global or shared services environment.
  • Service Mindset: Experience in a "Trusted Advisor" or consultative capacity, managing relationships with senior business leaders.

Technical Skills

  • Workday Mastery: Deep hands-on experience in Workday HCM Reporting (Calculated Fields and Composite Reports are essential).
  • Analytical Tools: Proficiency in data manipulation and visualization techniques.
  • System Knowledge: Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes and how they integrate within the Workday ecosystem.
