Senior Delivery Manager – Process Excellence (PEX)

The Senior Delivery Manager – Process Excellence is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of multiple transformation and process improvement initiatives. This role ensures projects are executed efficiently, timelines are met, and operational improvements are successfully implemented across business units.

The role requires strong experience in project delivery, Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and operational performance management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee execution and delivery of multiple process improvement and transformation projects
• Monitor project timelines, risks, and milestones to ensure successful implementation
• Identify and resolve potential project delays or operational challenges
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with organizational objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across business functions
• Track project performance and report progress to senior leadership
• Implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve operational performance
• Ensure adherence to governance and delivery standards across transformation projects

Qualifications

• Minimum 11 years of professional experience
• Experience managing multiple operational improvement or transformation projects
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification required
• Strong experience in project delivery and operational performance management
