About the job Content and Social Media Specialist
We are seeking a creative and strategic Content and Social Media Specialist to support the digital presence of our client. This role is responsible for developing engaging content, managing social media platforms, and executing digital campaigns that strengthen brand visibility and audience engagement.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of social media trends, content marketing, and analytics, with the ability to translate brand messaging into compelling digital content.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Management

Develop and publish high-quality content for social media, websites, and digital campaigns.

Create engaging copy, captions, and multimedia content aligned with the brand voice and marketing objectives.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.

Maintain a content calendar to support marketing initiatives and campaigns.
Social Media Management

Manage and monitor social media accounts across key platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, etc.).

Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers.

Respond to comments, messages, and community interactions in a timely and professional manner.
Digital Marketing & Campaign Support

Assist in the execution of digital marketing initiatives including promotions, announcements, and brand campaigns.

Collaborate with marketing and design teams for creative content development.

Support email marketing, blog posts, and other digital communication efforts when required.
Analytics & Optimization

Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools.

Provide insights and recommendations to improve engagement, reach, and campaign effectiveness.

Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, Journalism, or a related field.
- At least 2–4 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.

Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.

Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.

Basic knowledge of graphic design or content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms) is an advantage.
