About the job Recruitment Lead
The Recruitment Lead is a supervisory-level position responsible for balancing hands-on end-to-end recruitment delivery, direct client management, and formal people supervision. This role serves as the bridge between senior individual contribution and full management, requiring strong leadership discipline to guide a small team of recruiters toward productivity and quality targets.
Key Accountabilities
1. Operational Excellence (OX)
Team Supervision: Lead a delivery unit to ensure all recruitment activities meet quality and timeline standards.
Delivery Leadership: Personally execute end-to-end recruitment for senior or high-impact roles.
Compliance & Governance: Ensure team-wide adherence to recruitment standards, data privacy, and operational workflows.
2. Client & Customer Experience (CX)
Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing expectations and delivery reporting.
Service Quality: Monitor and maintain high levels of client and candidate satisfaction.
3. People Experience (PX)
Direct Supervision: Manage the daily attendance, conduct, and performance of junior recruiters.
Coaching: Conduct regular feedback sessions to drive team capability and professional growth.
4. Development Experience (DX)
Leadership Mastery: Actively develop management skills and stay current on recruitment industry trends.
Readiness: Prepare for progression toward Managing Consultant roles.
Experience and Qualifications
Experience: 6-8 years of recruitment experience, with proven success in client management or team lead roles.
Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
Competencies: Strong people management, professional judgment, client-facing diplomacy, and high accountability.
