Job Summary:
The Associate for Career Support is responsible for delivering hiring targets and supporting job seekers throughout their employment journey. This role focuses on matching qualified candidates with suitable job opportunities, improving candidate profiles and resumes, and coordinating interview logistics between job seekers and employers. The primary goal is to maximize interview scheduling and job placements within the Jobley portal.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Job Seeker Support
- Review and assess candidate profiles and resumes.
- Identify suitable job openings from Jobley career pages and other sourcing platforms.
- Match job seekers with opportunities aligned with their skills and qualifications.
- Provide recommendations to enhance resumes and profiles to improve hiring potential.
- Clearly communicate employer requirements and expectations to job seekers.
- Guide candidates throughout the application and interview process.
2. Employer Support
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between employers and job seekers.
- Assist employers with interview logistics as needed.
- Ensure a consistent pipeline of competent and qualified candidates.
- Monitor interview progress and follow up on feedback.
- Work toward maximizing successful placements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred).
- Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or career support is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills (phone, email, SMS coordination).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Target-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with candidates and employers.
