Position Overview:

The Workday HCM Systems Analyst is responsible for the configuration, administration, and continuous optimization of enterprise HR technology solutions. Partnering with HR and cross-functional stakeholders, this role ensures system integrity, process efficiency, and seamless support of core HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Workday implementations, enhancements, and system upgrades.
  • Lead configuration, testing, documentation, and post-deployment support activities.
  • Administer key HCM modules, including time tracking, compensation, benefits, recruiting, payroll, and performance management.
  • Manage user access, security roles, and system integrations in alignment with business requirements.
  • Provide functional and technical troubleshooting expertise to resolve system issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on Workday HCM configuration experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Workday and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Detail-oriented, self-directed, and highly organized.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
