Job Summary

The Manufacturing Assistant Manager oversees day-to-day production activities within the assigned area, ensuring operations run efficiently and meet targets for volume, quality, and timelines. The role is responsible for maintaining compliance with manufacturing standards, safety protocols, and sanitation practices while driving continuous improvement in operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule production activities based on forecasts and actual demand.
• Supervise and manage production processes to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, food safety requirements, and workplace safety practices.
• Drive process improvements, equipment enhancements, and operational efficiencies.
• Review and validate production reports to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate with other departments to support overall plant operations and objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• With relevant experience in plant operations, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
• With supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Basic knowledge of food processing technology and production systems.
• Experience in conducting training, seminars, or production-related orientations.
• Preferably residing in or near Danao City, Cebu, or nearby areas.
