Salesforce Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions that support business requirements. The role will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality Salesforce enhancements, integrations, and custom applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, SOQL/SOSL, and other Salesforce platform capabilities.
  
• Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
  
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, development, testing, and delivery activities.
  
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, web services, webhooks, and middleware technologies.
  
• Create and maintain Apex test classes and ensure appropriate test coverage.
  
• Apply Salesforce development best practices, including governor limits, security, performance, scalability, and data modeling.
  
• Implement Apex design patterns and asynchronous processing where required.
  
• Perform troubleshooting, debugging, root-cause analysis, and production issue resolution.
  
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to development standards and quality practices.
  
• Identify and address technical debt and opportunities for system improvement.
  
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
  

Required Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in a structured business environment.
  
• Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Salesforce Flows, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce customization.
  
• Strong understanding of Apex design patterns, asynchronous processing, governor limits, data modeling, sharing rules, and Salesforce security.
  
• Experience developing and supporting REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and Salesforce integrations.
  
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
  
• Ability to develop scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
  
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  

Certifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer I – Required
  
• Salesforce Platform Developer II – Preferred
  
• Salesforce Platform App Builder – Preferred
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
  
• Experience with complex Salesforce implementations and custom solutions.
  
• Knowledge of integration and middleware technologies.
  
• Experience with performance optimization and technical-debt remediation.
  
• Ability to contribute to code quality, development standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
