Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled HR ServiceNow Application Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will focus on building, optimizing, and maintaining a robust platform utilized by internal IT customer teams across the enterprise. You will act as a collaborative consensus builder, aligning engineering strategies and system designs with organizational architecture standards, application frameworks, and core business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Feature Delivery & Adoption: Manage and execute tasks within Azure DevOps that align with broader product features. Drive platform engagement by communicating new capabilities and process enhancements to users to increase enterprise-wide adoption.
  • Platform Governance: Implement tools and workflows that reinforce a stable platform environment. Guide ongoing development efforts and document best-practice standards for the organization.
  • CI/CD & Automation: Oversee the Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) lifecycle. Create and update test automation frameworks specifically for Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) workflows and associated ServiceNow APIs.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with stakeholders to ensure systems engineering blueprints fit seamlessly within defined architectural boundaries and long-term application strategies.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • ServiceNow Expertise: Strong foundational knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and HRSD processes. Previous exposure to additional modules such as CMDB and ITSM is considered a distinct advantage.
  • Core Technical Skills: Practical experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, Automated Test Framework (ATF), and end-to-end Service Catalog development and deployment.
  • Integrations & Cloud: Hands-on experience with API testing, system integrations, and deployment, alongside a solid understanding of Azure fundamentals and Azure DevOps.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Proven ability to coordinate across multiple distinct product teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse end-users.
