Corporate Sales Professional / Account Executive

Job Summary
The Corporate Sales Professional / Account Executive is responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients, managing corporate accounts, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role focuses on identifying sales opportunities, presenting tailored solutions, negotiating contracts, and ensuring excellent client experience to achieve revenue targets. The position also collaborates with internal teams to deliver customer requirements and support long-term business partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate clients and business opportunities.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings.
- Develop customized proposals and solutions based on client requirements.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.
Account Management & Client Relationship
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer concerns and business requirements.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term account retention.
- Regularly monitor client accounts and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
Sales Operations & Reporting
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM records.
- Prepare sales reports, quotations, and contract documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services.
Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
- Monitor industry trends and customer needs to support sales strategies.
- Provide market feedback and recommendations to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- At least 2–5 years of experience in corporate sales, account management, or business development.
- Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in B2B sales and client relationship management preferred.
- Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
