Role Overview
This role leads the end-to-end management of both prescription and OTC brands within key therapeutic areas, driving growth through strategic marketing initiatives. It focuses on building strong brand positioning among healthcare professionals and consumers while leveraging digital and omnichannel strategies. The position also plays a critical role in product launches, lifecycle management, and overall commercial performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree holder.
- 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical product management
- Background in managing Cardiology, Pulmonology, Endocrinology, or Diabetology portfolio is highly preferred.
- Experience handling both ethical/prescription and OTC brands is preferred
- Proven background in digital marketing, including social media and campaign management
- Familiarity with local healthcare landscape and medical specialty networks
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Marketing, or related field; MBA or postgraduate studies is a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic brand plans for both ethical and OTC portfolios, ensuring strong market positioning and growth
- Lead digital marketing initiatives, including social media, e-commerce, and omnichannel integration
- Create impactful marketing materials and detail aids that effectively communicate clinical value to healthcare professionals
- Drive product launches and lifecycle management, collaborating with cross-functional teams across regulatory, medical, and commercial functions
- Plan and manage marketing budgets, optimizing spend across HCP engagement and consumer-driven campaigns
- Monitor performance metrics and market trends to continuously refine strategies and improve outcomes
- Conduct field visits and collaborate with sales teams to gather insights and validate marketing strategies
