Job Summary

The Senior Operations Manager oversees multi-store restaurant operations and New Store Openings (NSO), ensuring strong operational performance, profitability, food quality, and excellent guest experience. This role is highly focused on BOH operations, kitchen management, food safety, and operational compliance across all stores.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of multiple restaurant branches and NSO execution
  • Drive sales, profitability, productivity, and operational efficiency
  • Ensure food quality, kitchen standards, inventory control, and food safety compliance
  • Monitor labor cost, food cost, and overall store performance
  • Lead, coach, and develop Operations Managers and Store Leaders
  • Partner with HR, QA, Supply Chain, and Training teams
  • Ensure compliance with operational, sanitation, and brand standards

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field
  • At least 10 years of restaurant operations leadership experience
  • Strong background in high-volume casual dining operations
  • Proven experience in multi-store operations and New Store Openings
  • Strong BOH/Kitchen Operations expertise
  • Knowledgeable in food safety, inventory, and operational systems
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
