Position Overview
We are looking for a highly strategic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead overall business development and revenue growth for a fast-growing HRIS and SaaS solutions company.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned B2B sales leader with a strong track record in driving enterprise sales, building high-value client relationships, and leading market expansion initiatives within the Philippine corporate landscape.
This role requires a strong sales hunter with executive presence, excellent communication skills, and established industry connections. The Senior Sales Manager will play a key leadership role in strengthening the company's visibility, expanding strategic partnerships, and driving aggressive revenue growth.
The position directly reports to the CEO and is expected to lead overall sales strategy, pipeline growth, and major account acquisition initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Business Growth
- Lead overall sales and business development initiatives for HRIS, Payroll, and SaaS solutions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives and revenue targets.
- Drive aggressive client acquisition and revenue expansion across enterprise and mid-market accounts.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through strategic networking, referrals, partnerships, and market visibility initiatives.
- Lead high-level client presentations, negotiations, and business discussions with executives and decision-makers.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Market Expansion & Strategic Partnerships
- Strengthen the company's presence within the HR Technology and SaaS industry.
- Build strong relationships with business leaders, HR executives, and corporate stakeholders.
- Establish strategic partnerships and actively participate in business organizations, associations, and networking communities.
- Identify market opportunities, industry trends, and competitive insights to support business growth.
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to the sales and business development team.
- Collaborate closely with implementation, operations, and leadership teams to ensure excellent client onboarding and customer experience.
- Contribute strategic insights and recommendations to executive leadership regarding market growth and revenue opportunities.
- Support organizational initiatives that strengthen client engagement, retention, and overall business performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, IT, Human Resources, or related field.
- Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Sales Leadership roles.

- Strong executive presence with confidence in handling high-level client engagements and negotiations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Fluent in English and Filipino.
