Role Overview:

Responsible for delivering high-quality edited video content that aligns with creative direction, brand standards, and storytelling objectives. Supports end-to-end post-production, from concept interpretation through final delivery, while contributing innovative ideas and maintaining efficient project workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate creative briefs into compelling visual narratives using professional video editing and post-production techniques.
  • Develop concepts, storyboards, and creative approaches for review, ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Assemble and refine video timelines by integrating visuals, dialogue, music, and sound design to enhance storytelling.
  • Apply advanced editing software and digital effects to produce polished, brand-consistent content.
  • Track project status, time allocation, and ticketing workflows accurately.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and emerging technologies to continuously elevate production quality and innovation.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in video post-production or a comparable creative role.
  • Preferred Profile
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt messaging to stakeholder needs.
  • Strong creative thinking with the ability to generate engaging, platform-relevant content.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage deadlines and shifting priorities in fast-paced environments.
  • Detail-oriented, quality-driven, and proactive in identifying content or process improvements.

Technical Environment:

  • Experience with platforms and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Facebook, Google, Mapline, Moz, Workfront, Canva, Dropbox, Microsoft Office, and advertising technology platforms like Teads.
