Financial Planning and Reporting Manager / Senior Manager

Job Title: Manager, Financial Planning and Reporting (FP&A)
Reporting To: Senior Finance Leadership

Role Overview:
He / She will be responsible for overseeing the financial performance of business units and supporting strategic decision-making through budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. This role provides insights into key financial trends and ensures alignment of financial planning with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and report on financial performance, including month-end close, quarterly leadership reports, and other management reports.
• Support the annual budget process, including budget consolidation, analysis, and presentation to management.
• Monitor and analyze key metrics such as cash flow, EBITDA, and CAPEX.
• Provide recommendations on capital expenditures, financial projects, and initiatives in line with strategic objectives.
• Identify financial risks and provide mitigation strategies to ensure financial integrity of projects and initiatives.
• Coordinate with various business units to understand divisional requirements and ensure accurate reporting.
• Act as the system administrator/owner for financial analytics platforms (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud).

Qualifications:

• CPA with 6–7 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation processes.
• Exposure to corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, or investment analysis is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience with financial systems and analytics tools preferred.
