Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the development and implementation of talent strategies for a designated line of service
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on talent management and capability development

  • Partner with leaders to enable sound, data-informed talent decisions
  • Integrate the firm’s people strategy into everyday operations and practices

  • Utilize data-driven insights to shape and guide talent strategies

What You Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or a related discipline
  • At least 10 years of HR experience, including a minimum of 3 years in an HR Business Partner or Talent Consultant role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience in strategic workforce planning and succession management
  • Strong stakeholder management and business advisory skills
  • Experience leading change management and communication planning initiatives
  • Proficiency in HR systems, particularly Workday
  • Strong project management and facilitation capabilities
  • Strategic and critical thinking skills with the ability to simplify complex matters
  • Collaborative mindset with a strong focus on inclusive leadership
