Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the development and implementation of talent strategies for a designated line of service
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on talent management and capability development
- Build and sustain high-performing, inclusive team environments across the employee lifecycle
- Lead initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and overall well-being
- Partner with leaders to enable sound, data-informed talent decisions
- Integrate the firm’s people strategy into everyday operations and practices
- Champion a culture of inclusion and belonging across teams
- Utilize data-driven insights to shape and guide talent strategies
What You Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or a related discipline
- At least 10 years of HR experience, including a minimum of 3 years in an HR Business Partner or Talent Consultant role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience in strategic workforce planning and succession management
- Strong stakeholder management and business advisory skills
- Experience leading change management and communication planning initiatives
- Proficiency in HR systems, particularly Workday
- Strong project management and facilitation capabilities
- Strategic and critical thinking skills with the ability to simplify complex matters
- Collaborative mindset with a strong focus on inclusive leadership
