Job Overview
The Account Manager is responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships while ensuring the successful execution of projects and services. This role serves as the bridge between clients and internal teams, focusing on business growth, client satisfaction, and overall account management.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders
- Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions and recommendations
- Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and other client-facing documents
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and efficient project delivery
- Identify opportunities for account expansion and additional business growth
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and client feedback
- Manage budgets, billing processes, and account profitability
- Resolve client concerns professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Proven experience in account management, client servicing, sales, or business development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Excellent relationship-building and problem-solving abilities
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously
- Experience in events, advertising, creative, or service-oriented industries is an advantage
