About the job Head Of Sales

You will own the full consumer sales engine — from strategy to execution — across a complex, multi-channel ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end consumer sales strategy, delivering strong, consistent growth across all regions
  • Build, expand, and optimize a nationwide distribution network (dealers, agents, franchise partners, retail channels)
  • Drive high-volume acquisition through disciplined execution and strong channel management
  • Own sales performance metrics including acquisition, activation, conversion, and retention
  • Identify expansion opportunities and execute territory growth strategies nationwide (Luzon, VisMin)
  • Design and implement incentive programs, sales frameworks, and governance models for channel partners
  • Lead and scale a large, geographically distributed sales organization
  • Partner closely with marketing and product teams to launch competitive offers and go-to-market strategies
  • Continuously track market trends and competitor activity to sharpen commercial execution

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in consumer sales / commercial leadership roles
  • Proven track record in driving large-scale, high-volume sales growth
  • Telco experience is an advantage.
  • Advantageous if you have a strong experience managing indirect channels, including dealers, agents, distributors, or franchise networks
  • Demonstrated success in leading nationwide, multi-region sales teams
  • Deep understanding of mass-market sales dynamics and field execution
  • Strong commercial acumen with ownership of revenue and performance targets
