About the job Learning and Development Sr. Associate
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the end-to-end coordination of assigned learning and development programs
• Ensure smooth scheduling, logistics, communications, and delivery of training sessions
• Support learning portfolio management and monitor program timelines
• Work closely with stakeholders, facilitators, and internal teams to ensure successful program execution
• Anticipate and resolve program delivery issues and scheduling conflicts
• Maintain high standards for participant experience and engagement
• Gather feedback and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs
• Prepare and maintain training materials, trackers, reports, and documentation
• Support process improvement initiatives within Learning Operations
• Assist in data reporting, dashboards, and learning metrics
• Use Learning Management Systems (LMS) to manage course administration and learner records
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in learning administration, HR operations, events coordination, administrative support, or training program support
• Strong oral and written English communication skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Shared Services experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an advantage
